The main section of research for the project is the round trip including Wrecsam/Wrexham to Ynys Mon/Anglesey, all the way down and round the West coast toTyddewi/St Davids then across to Dinbych-Y-Pysgod/Tenby and then up again through Caerfyrddin/Carmarthen and Llanfair-Ym-Muallt/Builth Wells and home again.

I Made a separate journey to Caerdydd/Cardiff and stayed locally in order to travel into the center in the daytime.

Locally I made trips to the Theater Clywd, Yr Wyddgrug/Mold and Bodelwyddan Castle for the Wales Portrait Award exhibition, Chirk Castle to see battle re-enactments, Llangollen and Oswestry (England) for the Borderlands Visual Arts Group open studios.

Outside of Wales I traveled to Liverpool, Manchester, Chester Wolverhampton and London to visit the galleries.
